After a fierce bidding war with Warner Bros. Pictures and Leonardo DiCaprio's Appian Way, Paramount Pictures and Brad Pitt's Plan B Entertainment have acquired movie rights to the Max Brooks novel "World War Z: An Oral History of the Zombie War." Principal actor casting is currently taking place in Los Angeles, with additional casting to happen in the UK.

The new 2011 HBO medieval fantasy television series "Game of Thrones" has become an instant mega hit show. The series debuted in the Unites States on Sunday evening, April 17, 2011 and was picked up for a second season on April 19, 2011. Auditions information for actors is now available. In addition, many extras, stand-ins and photo doubles for the series stars are being hired throughout production.
