Disney Lone Ranger Los Angeles Casting Call

Disney's "Lone Ranger" will hit theaters on July 3, 2013.

The Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures action Western film "Lone Ranger" is now filming in the Los Angeles area, after completing principal photography in New Mexico, Colorado, and Utah. The extras casting director is seeking Mexican and Native American Women, Children, and elderly Men to work on the film as fully paid featured background performers. The scenes to be filmed will recreate an 1800's Comanche village. The exact shooting dates have not been determined yet, but are highly likely to be in mid-late September, 2012.

The casting director for the upcoming indie comedy-drama film "Pasadena" is currently auditioning actors in Los Angeles for supporting roles, as well as day-player roles. Among the roles being cast are two boys, one who can play a shy 7-year old and another to play a high-strung 10-year old. They will be playing the roles of brothers and kids of actress Sonya Walger. Shooting will take place in a beautiful mid-century home in Pasadena, CA beginning early May.

CBS will sponsor its seventh annual talent showcase for diverse sketch comedians in January 2011 in Los Angeles. The CBS Network is known as "The Tiffany Network" and their showcases are known as the "Rolls Royce" of showcases, featuring the dynamic duo of Rick Najera and Fern Orenstein, CBS VP Casting, who change the professional lives and provide them access to open doors within the entertainment industry.
